Experienced STEEL ESTIMATOR
This employee will report to the Division Manager of the steel department.
References required.
You will be expected to:Drive truck to destination Inspects truck for defects before and after tripsSubmits reports indicating truck conditionMaintains driver log according to regulations/policiesAssists in loading and unloading truck. Experienced Hardscape Salesperson
The qualified candidate will have years of experience in selling pavers and storm water drainage products to residential and commercial landscape companies. Sales regions will include the Metro Washington area, Baltimore Metro area, West Virginia and Northern Virginia.
Bi-Lingual Construction Materials Salesperson

Steel Shop Foreman
This full time employee will report to the Division Manager of Steel. You will be expected to:
Supervise and coordinate all activities of fabricators, welders and loaders in the steel shopBe aware of safety issues in and around the steel yardBe responsible for administering discipline to assigned employeesCreate a climate of continuous improvement in safety, production, personnel relations, equipment, maintenance and shop efficiencySupervise steel employees in work tasks to verify and ensure conformance to specifications, drawings, and proceduresInterpret specifications, blueprints, sketches and work orders to employeesRecommend measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of customer productSuggest changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of workersAssist workers in solving work problemsThe candidate should have 2-5 years of ‘hands-on’ experience in the layout, fitting and welding of structural steel and have supervisory experience of fabricators. You should also have knowledge of welding methods, procedures and quality control.
