Experienced STEEL ESTIMATOR 

This employee will report to the Division Manager of the steel department.  

References required.

 You will be expected to:
Drive truck to destination 
Inspects truck for defects before and after trips
Submits reports indicating truck condition
Maintains driver log according to regulations/policies
Assists in loading and unloading truck.  

Experienced Hardscape Salesperson

The qualified candidate will have years of experience in selling pavers and storm water drainage products to residential and commercial landscape companies.  Sales regions will include the Metro Washington area, Baltimore Metro area, West Virginia and Northern Virginia.  

 

 

Bi-Lingual Construction Materials Salesperson

Steel Shop Foreman


This full time employee will report to the Division Manager of Steel.  You will be expected to:

Supervise and coordinate all activities of fabricators, welders and loaders in the steel shop
Be aware of safety issues in and around the steel yard
Be responsible for administering discipline to assigned employees
Create a climate of continuous improvement in safety, production, personnel relations, equipment, maintenance and shop efficiency
Supervise steel employees in work tasks to verify and ensure conformance to specifications, drawings, and procedures
Interpret specifications, blueprints, sketches and work orders to employees
Recommend measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of customer product
Suggest changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of workers
Assist workers in solving work problems

The candidate should have 2-5 years of ‘hands-on’ experience in the layout, fitting and welding of structural steel and have supervisory experience of fabricators.  You should also have knowledge of welding methods, procedures and quality control.
